Ingredients: Pepper, Jeera, Methi, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Coriander, Red Chillies Recipe: Fry 4 chopped onions in ghee till brown. Add 4-5 green chillies, 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste and fry well. Add 2-3 tablespoons of Boston's Chicken Masala Powder and fry. Add 2-3 to matoes and fry till cooked. Add Chicken pieces (1-1.5 Kg), 3 tablesppons curds, salt and cook till chicken is tender. Garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle lime juice. |
