Ingredients: Mustard, Jeera, Turmeric, Cloves, Cinnamon, cardamom, saunf, Nutmeg, Shahjeera, Star, Pathri, Coriander, Red Chillies

Recipe: boil 1 kg mutton with onion, 4-5 green chilies, 2 tomatoes, 1 inch ginger, salt till soft. Heat ghee add 3-4 onions and fry till brown. Add 1 spring curry leaves, 2 tablespoons garlic paste and 2-3 tablespoons Boston's Meat Masala Powder and fry. Add boiled mtton, juice of tamarind (1marble size) and stir. Add thick mild of one coconut and keep stitting till gravy thickens . Garnish with coriandre leaves and sprinkle lime juice. For mutton Sukka : instead of coconut mild add 1 grated coconut and stir well.
