Ingredients : Coriander, chilly, Jeera, Dry Garlic, Nutmeg, Cloves, Salt, Cardamon, Dry Mango, Mustard, Pepper, Turmeric, Dry Ginger, Bay leaves.

Recipe: Make fine slits on pieces of chicken legs and breast (1Kg) . Apply lime and salt, keep for 20 mins. Mix 4 tablespoons Bostons's Tandoori Masala and add 4 tablespoons ginger/ garlic paste, 6 tablespoons strained (thick) curd, salt, food grade Red colour and marinate the chicken. Keep aside for 2 hrs. Add butter ( 2 tablespoon ) on marinated chicken and roast till well done.
