Ingredients : Cornflour, Chilly, Salt, Pepper, Jeera, Turmeric, Permitted Colours.

Recipe: Apply 2 tablespoons of ginger- garlic paste 50-75 gms Bostons's Kabab Powder, 2 eggs 1 tablespoon soyasauce, 1 tablespoon chilly sauce to 1-11/2 kgs of pre boiled mutton/ chicken pieces and marinate for 1 hour. ( add salt if necessary). Deep fry the mutton / chicken pieces in oil. Note : for 1 kg fish apply 50-75 gms of Boston's Kabab Powder, 2 tablespoons vinegar or tamarind juice and keep for 1 hour and fry. ( add chilly powder or salt if necessary) . You can fry prawns, brinjals, cauliflower and mushrooms as above.
